Ms. Brown became President in April 2010. She succeeded DP Associates’ founder Russell Grant Brown. In addition to company oversight, she focuses on company growth.

Tim Garner

Mr. Garner became Vice President for Operations and Strategic Growth in January 2009. He currently manages and supports the strategic planning and operations of DPA’s overall contract and business development.

Jim Ellis
Vice-President for Technical Operations

Mr. Ellis came to DP Associates in February of 2007 after retiring from 40 years of government service. He is currently responsible for business development at DPA and provides direct support to the Space Shuttle Transition Project Office. He serves as Chief Technical Officer.
